Office / Work Environment
Roof leaks in our building and heating system has never worked well. Some rooms are too warm while others are too cold.
Pressure to get things done but not enough time allotted and overtime prohibited in some buildings. We were not allowed access to building on weekends. This changed from open access to no access over the 10 years I was there.
Special needs students are very challenging with great satisfaction for the teacher when you see student making progress.

Suggestions for improvement
- The administration needs to be less run on emotion and more on facts. They need to understand the way a real scientific study is constructed and select curriculum accordingly. They need to listen to the teachers and accept the comments and suggestions as being supportive.
What I like about the company
The students are great. The students are drawn from a military and air force base. The enlisted parents are helpful and generally supportive.
What I dislike about the company
The current district administration's need to micro control and not allow teacher input is doing the district harm.
