Suggestions for improvement
- Remove ownership.
Terrible company culture starts at top.
Very conflict oriented. Unwarranted accusations of honest employees of stealing, cheating and lying. Very stressful.
You will be blamed for others failures, particularly management. Management will disappear fishing, hunting with key decision-making tools and you will be left holding the bag.
There is no career development. Where you start is where you will stay.
