Management attempts to create a team oriented culture but falls short in execution.
Support from management
Account Managers will often be seen in the office at late hours 2AM+ to complete assignments with unrealistic timelines.
Teamwork is a focal point of most of the lower to mid level staff, and makes for an enjoyable workplace most days.
Overall compensation for your work
Initial salary looks good, but by time you factor in the extra hours with no compensation you're being paid far less.
Yes, and seems more and more staff are buying into it. I think the building is Gold Lead certified.
Work life balance is mentioned often but not practiced.
Company seems to be making desperate decisions such as discussion of keeping computers for 5 years to save money.
Inclusive / Diverse
Company holds a diversity and inclusion event annually but year after year nothing changes. Demographic in no way reflects the country.
Suggestions for improvement
- Management often uses profanity when trying to make a point. Often discussed by staff afterwards
