Suggestions for improvement
- I would change the no call no show policy to be a little more forgiving. I would have the QA and training teams work together. I would have supervisors reach out to their team members to go over training assessments. I would also change the locked in schedule from the first 6 months to 90 days.
What I like about the company
The environment between co-workers is friendly and positive. The facility is clean. There is a lot of overtime opportunities. There is also the option to work from home which is helpful during bad weather.
What I dislike about the company
I think the training, quality and supervisors need some work as far as communication and clarification. I also think some of the policies are extreme.
