Suggestions for improvement

  • I would definitely check on the caregivers more often. I would also be more realistic when it comes to company policies. Sometimes the clients need more than what we are aloud to give.

What I like about the company

They have very flexible schedules for busy families. You can either work one case full time or you can work here and there, when you are available.

What I dislike about the company

It would be great for communication to improve. I would love to be better at my job or for us to get more encourage in case we are dealing with difficult clients.

Suggestions for improvement

  • I would suggest introducing HHA training and improving on policies involving what a CNA can and cannot do. Also, it would great if the company would really look into the cases that they accept, so that everyone is aware of exactly what the client's needs are. Then, we will know exactly what we are walking into and be more prepared for our shifts.

What I like about the company

I have the ability to make my own schedule. If a certain shift does not work for me, I can simply deny it or let them know and they will find me another case. As long as clients or family members do not complain about you, the managers basically leave you alone. It has been a very stress free experience not having s manager breathing down my neck constantly.

What I dislike about the company

I think caregivers would really benefit from having more training and opportunities to feel prepared for anything that may happen during your shift.

  • Employees would really benefit from having meetings and better training.

What I like about the company

They always let me know about extra shifts that are available. They do not give me a hard time when I turn work down. You can basically make your own schedule.

What I dislike about the company

They could do better at training programs and communication about clients.

  • Pay attention to your employees that do have full time jobs, especially when they give you days that they are available to work. Don't call them when they have to work on their other job.
