What I like about the company

They pay you well for the market.

What I dislike about the company

When it comes to the bottom line you are Nothing but another body in a chair to most people a dime a dozen. When they need to to get the numbers in the black for year end hope your not the highest paid. Years don't matter with a layoff or service just how much you make because the more you make the bigger the impact. No comp for a layoff will drum up a "team" in home office to try and let you go for cause.
