  • Pay your employees better wages

What I like about the company

My coworkers were good at working as a team when times were rough.

What I dislike about the company

Being constantly understaffed put excessive pressure on employees, both mentally and physically. Proper compensation would have provided better incentives for employees to stay at the facility, but we made barely over minimum wage to work weekends, holidays, long shifts. Our work is very demanding and not the most pleasant a lot of the times, and cnas and other healthcare workers are not compensated properly for their level of work and dedication.

  • Teach nurses that they need to respect the aides who do most of the patient care.

I liked the patients that I cared for.
