supervisors do not recognize hard work nor do they fairly evaluate quality over quantity. it was more favorable to make 100 calls and leave one message than to make 66 calls, talk to 53% of those calls and set promises to pay on 36% of the 66 calls.

there isn't any. the finance manager wouldn't even back her own team. it was more important for her to say she handled that customer.
