Company Culture

supervisors do not recognize hard work nor do they fairly evaluate quality over quantity. it was more favorable to make 100 calls and leave one message than to make 66 calls, talk to 53% of those calls and set promises to pay on 36% of the 66 calls.

Support from management

supervisors gossip about their likes and dislikes of their employees to employees in other departments

Teamwork

there isn't any. the finance manager wouldn't even back her own team. it was more important for her to say she handled that customer.

Freedom to work independently

the workload might have been fairly distributed but the quality of accounts were not.

Internal Communication

all i can say is no no and NO

Office / Work Environment

computers were up to date, but employees that might use your computer after you leave might cost you a 2 hours to fix what they messed up. noise is off the charts. nice work area. comfortable desk and chair

the company doesnt support any factors that may be considered fair. all their after is the money.

Work-Life Balance

i worked 50+ hours a week, on a salaried position without having the benefit of taking an hour for lunch. you ate at your desk and if you had a customer...too bad. 9 10 and 12 hour days..and since we were on salary if the office closed for bad weather or you were out for any other reason they expected you to work on your normal day off

Company Image

No one talks about CNAC/ JDByrider in favorable terms. They have contracts that completely contradict the buying experience of the customer. peoploe don't get to choose what car they want nor do they know the price of the car before they sign the contract. Customers are there on an average of 5 hours before they even walk in to close the loan...by that time they are so tired they aren't even listening to the loan closing.

Challenging Work

no, it's too difficult to be proud of something that does nothing but help the poor stay poor. they won't change a due date even if the customers pay dates change because then they can make more money on the interest over the life of the loan
