Freedom to work independently
employees have not say. just work
employees are not adviced of any profits or other information
women arebeing treated equal
Attitude towards older colleagues
we would not know about that, not notified.
company hires a person for 1 job, good luck getting promoted or transferred to another position.
Overall compensation for your work
salary is low, employee being pushed to work hard, hard work low wages.
Office / Work Environment
it is very hot in the summer and very very cold in the winter.
working hours are fine, just cannot miss work or get written up
employees keep the job because of necessity not because it is a great company. but a job is a job. keeping it because its close and need a job.
all employees do not feel secure, if they miss 2 days due to illness they are written up if they dont have a doctors notice or can be terminated, they are afraid to miss work, even when emergency.
would not be able to answer that question.
yes it is complying with OSHA
I am proud of the work

Suggestions for improvement
- OPEN UP MORE TO IT'S EMPLOYEES BRING IN SUPERVISORS AND MANAGERS THAT WILL WORK WITH THE EMPLOYEES NOT WRITE THEM UP ON THEIR FIRST DAY OFF DUE TO EMERGENCY IN THEIR FAMILY.
What I like about the company
that the job is there we have a job., close to all our homes.
What I dislike about the company
NO communication with its employees, lack of leadership and low wages but pressured to do hard work under no air condition work areas.
