  • The best suggestion I can give is to let the good people do their jobs and be part of the product, process and company. The people are not tools but the most valued asset.

What I like about the company

The company has some of the best tools, products and working people in the country.

What I dislike about the company

The company has some very poor leaders in VP, Director and Sr. roles. The leaders lead by fear and not by good example and mentorship. The leadership picks sides and pin one department against another and then uses a bonus program that drives that culture.
