Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest better time systems but other than that that is all.
CNO is the 4-billion-dollar insurance company better known by its subsidiaries – Bankers Life and Casualty, Washington National, Colonial Penn, and 40|86 Advisors. Together, we serve the basic insurance needs of the fast-growing, but under-served middle market and provide our customers with financial security for their life, health, and retirement needs.

In 2016, CNO Financial helped deliver more than $2.7 million in total community impact to the neighborhoods where we live and work.
CNO Financial, our associates and our insurance producers donated more than $2.4 million to our partner organizations in 2016, and raised an additional $336,000 in community fundraising.
Our associates volunteered more than 14,000 hours to community service in 2016, including donating their time to our CNO Afternoon of Service projects to benefit the United Way in Carmel (Ind.), Chicago and Philadelphia, where we have corporate locations.

The pay is pretty good and the opportunities to move up can be great. The teammates I have are great.
The contact center has expectations that are very difficult to meet. It is an extremely stressful job without the intense stats you are expected to meet. It is constantly understaffed and yet those that do stick it out are always made to feel like they are not doing good enough. Management needs to lower the expectations if they want to keep good people.
