Suggestions for improvement
- I would like to see employees receive the pay they are entitled to for the numerous job descriptions they are expected to perform daily. Benefits should not take half of an employee's pay when flexible pay has been given to offset the cost. Managers should be more concerned about creating a positive work environment than keeping troublesome employees happy.
What I like about the company
I met my best friend of 8 years there. We are able to offer one another support and encouragement when we are overwhelmed.
What I dislike about the company
Management does not appreciate those who are goal driven and produce above and beyond expectations. Individuals who care less about meeting expectations or doing the job they are paid to do are coddled and rewarded to prevent backlash from erroneous and often times false HR complaints. Work place harassment is not addressed. Employees who commit such infractions are avoided by management and never reported to HR or even given a verbal warning. My workplace has become a toxic environment where management is bending the rules to reward bad behavior making others feel their hard work and productivity is useless.
