Suggestions for improvement
- I would make sure that everyone is supportive of each other in the store, no one is being torn down or attacked. No one should ever feel like they are being attacked or talked down to.
What I like about the company
I couldn't be happier working for Coach. They know how to treat their employees to make sure they are happy 100% of the time. The bonuses we are able to get to when sales are made is incredible. My boss does a great job with making sure I have a work lifebalance and I am happy with my position. I would highly recommend working for Coach to anybody who is looking for a job in customer service and wants to work in high luxury retail. I love how much the company cares about their customers equally as much as they care about their employees.
What I dislike about the company
The only thing I really disapprove of is that it is extremely difficult for people to get fired. If someone is holding a team back form performing at their best, they should be fired. That would be the only thing I would recommend they change, would be tomake the disciplinary system slightly more structured.
