Don't get me wrong Coach is very rich in culture but unfortunately it's based on the ideal concept of luxury being of the utmost importance to this world.
Support from management
Almost non existent. Not all but most are too removed from what needs to happen to accomplish the day to day operations.
Non managers do well to make quotas.
Freedom to work independently
Every man for themselves so yeah.
No complaints here. Company does a good job of keeping all employees involved with "big picture" topics.
Straight males don't get a fair shake.
Attitude towards older colleagues
I'm on the fence about this. I've witness a few mass layoffs but I've also seen a few older colleges granted tenure.
If you shine enough shoes and somehow get rid off anyone above you then you'll certainly go far.
Overall compensation for your work
You are compensated well for your job due to the bs that comes with it. They do very well in this category
Office / Work Environment
Great during the holidays, toxic during any other time.
It can be a rough place to work for those on salary.
Yes but only because of the name. It's Coach after all. Whatever that means..
It depends on the state of the company. You can go for anything.
A very safe place to work
Inclusive / Diverse
Suggestions for improvement
- More accountability is needed but the company is too large to be audited for morality.
What I like about the company
The incentives and there are also some very good individuals there but managment. Smh management..
What I dislike about the company
Management and how people look down on one another. It's kind of like a glorified high school setting. Where politics rule. Values are rooted in money and luxurious accommodations one can afford.
