  • hiring qualified people, and people that want to work, not hiring too many friends

What I like about the company

when one is unable to work, we pool 2gether and raise a donation ,to help out, we call, text, or go by 2 see that person, i was in an accident june 2018, my coworkers called,text,and came by regularly we are concerned about each other.

What I dislike about the company

the central office, and the principal office, we are understaffed in the transportation dept. and it falls on the head of the organization,and the discipline of students which is the principal domain

Suggestions for improvement

  • rehire the terminated driver's if they still wanted their position, pay each and every driver for the yrs. of experience and routes they do, get more discipline in place for the students on the bus,

What I like about the company

As a whole we can communicate with each other to get the job done, we rarely have incidences among ourselves or anyone, each department supervisor's listen's to our complaints and ideas and takes them to the head of the organization we can talk directly to the Superintendent if we feel we haven't been sufficiently represented.

What I dislike about the company

terminating, due to not being compensated fairly for what is considered extra work, and being over worked. Discipline of students.
