there's a lot of people skills and mental clarity that takes place for job readiness.

- hiring qualified people, and people that want to work, not hiring too many friends
What I like about the company
when one is unable to work, we pool 2gether and raise a donation ,to help out, we call, text, or go by 2 see that person, i was in an accident june 2018, my coworkers called,text,and came by regularly we are concerned about each other.
What I dislike about the company
the central office, and the principal office, we are understaffed in the transportation dept. and it falls on the head of the organization,and the discipline of students which is the principal domain
