There is no management. No understanding of any business principles. They enact solution before even analyzing the problem. Impossible to meet sales goals. Our phones don't even work. They drop the call. They ask for a lot with very little incentive. If you are looking for a good job I d suggest BofA, Chase, or another credit union. I can't wait to quit next month. Sad to say that is my New Year Resolution.
Suggestions for improvement
- Research your products, do a focus group, pay better. Stop thinking about yourselves and reward your employees and you won't have a 45% turnover rate
