Suggestions for improvement
- There needs to be equal pay between faculty (who get summers off) and staff who work year round, with only one third of the faculty's salary. We are working harder and handling more of the student interactions and issues than they do but they are making $100k + and staff is not even making $50k unless you have been working there for 20+ years.
What I like about the company
My co-workers are the reason I love my job and I love making a difference in student's lives.
