The doctor do not care about his patients or staff, he only cares about his image and he only cares for those that can do for him. He is out of his office more than he is in it. He don't listen to his patients only the ones he likes.
Suggestions for improvement
- The doctor needs to close his office and do the thing he loves, get paid to give talks on new medications.

The doctor was not open minded to any ideas that would help the practice. His office is closed more than it is opened.
