Suggestions for improvement
- Better phone system is a must. Appropriate number of staff so employees can work within their strengths and talents and not be forced to do things that is not what they excel at.
What I like about the company
I love the patients we see and what we do for them!!
What I dislike about the company
Our phone system is less than desirable. We are short staffed and have A LOT on our plates and management just does not get it. There are also quite a bit of double standards.
