Suggestions for improvement

  • Enforceable policies, well trained security guards, police officers and social workers on site at all time.

What I like about the company

I could read all I want when it’s not busy.

What I dislike about the company

As homeless people, criminals and mentality ill individuals use public libraries as shelters they need to provide security guards/police officers and social workers on site for safety of other patrons and employees. Librarians are not trained to handle severely disturbing patrons.
