Everyone gets a long and is willing to help each other out.
Suggestions for improvement
- Sometimes customers are really rude, and get all this free stuff to compensate them and I don't really think they should get all that.
What I like about the company
They are very flexible with hours and work around schedules. Also are really good with approving time off. The job is easy and management is open to feedback.
What I dislike about the company
When it's busy, customers tend to get frustrated and try to take it out on you. Usually a manager swoops in and handles it if they're not already swamped with angry customers
