Suggestions for improvement
- Management should look after empmoyees plans and goals.
Toxic at best!
Huge divide of the office and production floor. No respect shown from one to the other
New management has no control over the employees the hard workers have no incentives and the poor workers have no fear of discipline
There are alot of groups that work well together but apart have no communication
Micromanaging is a huge problem with the company. There are at least 5 managers for the same project line when one or two would do
