Most of Management doesn't praise or thank anyone... And everything is your fault
Suggestions for improvement
- Give positive feedback to your employees, not just tell them when they do something wrong. Appreciate those that are on time, team players and maybe keep an eye on those employees you actually appreciate, those are the ones taking advantage of the company. If you make a rule/policy you have to make everyone accountable, not just the newer people.

I like the most other employees, the food is good
What I dislike about the company
There are extreme double standards at this company.
