What I like about the company
I liked Coco's and the food is good and the regular customers I had
What I dislike about the company
There is no job security. You are overworked and consistently stressed out. You are asked to do jobs that a food server should not be seen doing, like cleaning floor drains. The time off on the schedule has no meaning-you might get sent home hours early or you might have stay hours over-no way out of it. We were overloaded with an enormous amount of tables, and also expected to greet and seat customers, answer the phone, take to go orders, bus all our own tables, wash dishes, bring dishes out, and do disgusting assignments like cleaning floor drains on hands and knees while guests could see us, and then we serve their food.
