- Administration needs to be more professional. Often talk poorly about other employees in front of people which is a huge HR violations. For example. In large group meetings with outside agencies discussing how to fire employees etc. Ineffective/lack of pr
What I like about the company
Great morale in the building after the sudden death of an administrator last year. Lots of school spirit and adults who are passionate about working with students. Teams collaborate very well and are extremely supportive of one another.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of support from building administrators and those at our district office. Not a lot of professional development offered. Lack of follow through after ideas have been verbally agreed upon and approved by all parties.
