Suggestions for improvement
- I would suggest that this company actually follow the policies that it has put in place. I also suggest that communication be improved. I think it'd be beneficial to implement new technologies in order to make work easier.
What I like about the company
I take pride in knowing that I helped make someone's visit to Cog Hill special. I've met so many incredible people from all over the world that I otherwise wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet. I've been able to continue my education with encouragement and support from my superiors.
What I dislike about the company
I disapprove of how lax some policies are and how they allow customers to treat our staff. I dislike how slow our company is to catch up with changes in technology. I also dislike that the staff is stubborn to learn something new when we do implement new technology or policies. I dislike the pay the pay we receive for the amount of work we do. I dislike the inconsistent hours, and the expectation to work early mornings, late nights, 12+ hr shifts, weekends, and holidays.
