Office / Work Environment
Agency is presently going through a reconstruction providing more space, newer computers ect. that will be completed by the end of December 2015.

Vacations are planned at least 2 weeks in advance, while noraml business hours are from 8am-5pm M-F , but also has flex time for those working with clients

What I like about the company
What I like about Cognitive Institute, Inc as an employer is the fact that the company does care about it's clients and employees as people first and employees second. They also try to provide a competitive salary so they are able to keep employees
What I dislike about the company
As an employer, what I do not like about CI is that they may allow ineffective employees to get in the way of workers who do care about the services and providing a quality program at times
