Attitude towards older colleagues
I saw a lot of older colleagues "retire" when they reached their mid-50's.
No career development to be had. If you join the company at a certain level, you leave at the same level.
This company doesn't provide company work phone but expects employees to be at the beck and call of managers.
Not a great place if you are looking to be challenged. Noone really cares where you're at or what you're doing. Not a lot of accountability.
