Culture is toxic and not conducive to career growth

Expectations are not realistic, company goals / direction change with the wind and executive team doesn't want to hear employee ideas or suggestions.
The culture tries to divide the employees. Interaction / Communication is not transparent. Turnover is high.
Level of Autonomy
You must be in your desk by a certain time and it is frowned upon if you have to leave early or take time off. There is no flexibility in the schedule.
