Company Culture

Culture is toxic and not conducive to career growth

Support from management

Expectations are not realistic, company goals / direction change with the wind and executive team doesn't want to hear employee ideas or suggestions.

Teamwork

The culture tries to divide the employees. Interaction / Communication is not transparent. Turnover is high.

Freedom to work independently

You must be in your desk by a certain time and it is frowned upon if you have to leave early or take time off. There is no flexibility in the schedule.

Internal Communication

Executive team, keeps their true motives hidden and only communicates what the employees "should" know.

Attitude towards older colleagues

No all senior people were treated poorly and forced to leave.

Career Development

very little training offered by organization. Its is trial by fire, pass or fail. Very little coaching is offered as well from management.

Overall compensation for your work

Salary's are a little low, but commissions are fair and paid quickly, even without the company collecting compensation from their client.

Office / Work Environment

Nice work space, but equipment is old and not to date. Getting additional equipment, such as an additional monitor is frowned upon or seen by management as not needed to do your job. Expect to be run hard.

Work-Life Balance

Company does not value work life balance. It is frowned upon to leave early or take time off. Any time off must be PTO, to which is limited to 10 days.

Company Image

Company image has decreased over the years. They are very transactional in their interaction and everyone is treated as a number.

Job Security

It is a what have you done for me lately environment.

Challenging Work

The work is challenging, because there are so many road blocks to keep you from thriving or thinking outside the box due to constraints set forth by executive team.
