They attempt to build company morale with quarterly group meetings, but they say one thing but never follow through with it!
Support from management
Management is totally distant and just tells employees what they want them to hear and know, not the truth.
Teamwork with the production employees is OK but management does not understand what teamwork is.
Freedom to work independently
No, management can not be trusted and they do not trust their employees!
Communication company wide is broken!
Management rarely relays pertinent information to the employees.
Some are, it mostly depends on if they have a degree and what it is.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Very poor attitude towards most employees.
If you are a production employee "on the floor" there is little to no chance of getting any type of promotion! They hire most if not all employees from outside of the company!
Overall compensation for your work
They truly don't care about their employees!
They would like production employees to work overtime often and act like it is expected!
Unprofessional and dishonest to employees and customers!
Send out bad parts to customers knowing that they will not preform to customer standards or specs.
No job security at all!
Not at all a safe environment for production employees.
Few if any working circulation fans to clean the chemicals from the air (or the circulation fans are 15 to 20 feet overhead and not effective)!

- Promote production employees and stop the unprofessional practices.
Tell customers and employees the truth!

Management shows way too much favoritism within ranks and certain individuals!
