Ineffective supervision, favoritism is given to employees who pander to the supervisor, supervisor spends much of her day selling decorative home furnishings on eBay, supervisor is very aloof with students and parents, she is not a positive representation for the company.

Suggestions for improvement
- Allow for an open exchange of ideas and opinions, when student numbers are low re-evaluate marketing and admissions staff not other staff members.
