Suggestions for improvement
- Put someone in charge who has experience in the industry and trust in the employees. If you don't trust us, why did you hire us?
I like about the employer
Colliers has great name recognition and its corporate mission and goals are wonderful. South Carolina is an affiliate office and does not adhere to the corporate standards.
I dislike about the employer
The leadership, over the past 1 to 2 years has gone through significant change and the team now in charge is not experiensed in the real estate management feild, therfore it is difficult to get the day-to-day task completed as everything has to go through layers of explanations, approvals, completing of spreadsheets, etc. Even something as normal as adding a new vendor is a huge ordeal and not worth the time.
