Was good now very poor. No raises in over ten years

Toxic. People are fed up. Expected to work more without explanation as to why

None. Lab section may close the next day with out warning.
People pushed to hard and to fast. An accident is bound to happen
Work load is unrealistic and direction not present
Suggestions for improvement
- Talk to employees at the lab and tell them what you are doing and why get by in and support before making sweeping changes. Explain why lab is financially in trouble and layoffs are necessary.
What I like about the company
Used to be a great place to work. I have worked for over twenty years and have had the opportunity to increase my knowledge and skills. Not getting promotions or more money was balanced by a sense of purpose lead by senior management that we were helping the people of Colorado.
What I dislike about the company
Lack of leadership. Decision seem to be random and without purpose or direction. As they close more of the lab the people of Colorado become less safe.
