Overall compensation for your work
Close to Minimum wage for new CNA’s
Office / Work Environment
North has no office and the patients love to roll right in to the nurses station. At the same time when the doctors are their, nurses and CNA’s can nearly fit in the nurses station. Becomes crowded
This one is hard because they have changed my schedule to accommodate my life. However since I started I pulled a lot of double shifts and now I can’t and I feel bad when I say no.
Not all all. Residents cause a lot of issues and than report you.
Not all all. Lock down unit is very violent and on skilled we have a man who has threatened nurses and CNA’s
Suggestions for improvement
- Protect your workers along with the residents and don’t allow the residents to treat the staff the way they do. Their needs to be Consequences for the residence
