Field installers had all the support they needed from supervisors. It was their choice as to whether or not to ask for help
Family is important to the company
Always felt like I had a home!
Safety was always the first priority.
Because each home is different every installation is unique so you had to be able to be responsive and think on your feet.
They were always there for me. Made me feel like one of the family. Senior level management will always roll up their sleeves and pitch in when needed
Company moves very fast and has expanded into other states and has picked up additional OEM's so there is a lot of on-going training so you are current with all the new equipment.
Does not care at all about they're lower level employees. Feels everyone is expendable/replaceable.
Managers just push push push to get done faster. Doesn't care about aesthetics or professionalism until job is done. Then, they yell at you and criticize you for not being more neat and professional.
Its kind of every man for themselves.
micromanaged to the enth degree. How can you be expected to finish quckly if you getting a phone call every hour from 3 different people asking about the job and telling you what to do.
Nobody seems to know any sort of schedule from one day to the next. Expect an email or text at 9pm about a job to be at at 7am the next morning.
Good pay for an 8 hr a day job. Would be great if they payed overtime, which they do not.
Worked an average of 12 hrs each day with 1-2 hours travel time each way. No travel pay, no overtime.
Not Osha compliant in any way. No safety equipment, no safety training, no nothing.
Mundane, repetitive work.
