I have been in my position for 6 years. I have received 1 evaluation, no raise with the exception of a 1x 1.5% cost of living increase afforded all in the company, and i am paid on average $20k less than my counterparts i this area.

Family is not taken into consideration. I never have had the opportunity to feel peer pressure, I have been directed to be available 24/7/365
