Freedom to work independently
Micromanagement to an unreal level. It's possible to fail a call even on things that don't have anything to do with the legality of a sale.
Suggestions for improvement
- Direct transfer of inbound leads to an agent who's able to help them (based on licensing) during normal business hours.
- Reduce the number of contact attempts to every 3 hours
- Advise customers of other options for their coverage
What I like about the company
It's a job. The building is climate controlled.
