Targets are way out in left field as the expertise is lacking to set the doable goals.
A great team effort from the employees.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Not at all they are letting the seniors and long term are not be appreciated nor supported and actually be let go.
Overall compensation for your work
Yes they paid well but once you loose that it is very hard to try and get the same salary back.
Suggestions for improvement
- Restructure middle management they are way out in left field as far as a workable doable plan, listen to your employees and don't take them for granted. Take care of your long term employees that are still employed there. As they are your backbone to the success that the company has had or will have .

Very unfair to long term employees who stuck with the company Thur thick and thin. As any workplace is a two-way street.
