Suggestions for improvement
- They need to improve their communication with their employees that work away from the main campus. Also, they need to better explain their purchasing and travel policies. They have the paperwork and forms you need to fill out but they don't explain things like how to be reimbursed, when to contact rental car companies, etc. In regard to culture and environment they are a great company and I have no complaints.
What I like about the company
They are understanding and nice. When I have a problem they will solve it. The pay is very fair and you receive yearly cost of living wage increases. The benefits are outstanding and you cannot find much better. I have room to grow in the company and they support training and education. Also, the university has a great reputation and so that makes it easy to be proud to work for them.
What I dislike about the company
I can honestly say that my only complaint is that they are slow to answer calls and emails.
