Suggestions for improvement
- We have great employees and a great culture. Management is supportive if seen as elite or above others. Alternate work schedules are my only real suggestion. If implemented correctly, with structure, employees work harder and are happier.
What I like about the company
Our company is a leader in the field. It offers wellness benefits to employees and incentives to be healthy.
What I dislike about the company
Upper management seen as elite with no real open door policy. Alternate work schedules and working from home are not generally supported.
