Overall, I would say the company culture is very negative and morale among most of the staff was very low.

No.leadership did not do any of those things. That was a big challenge during my employment. With setting expectations and goals, there was no consistency and rarely did those goals have a basis in research or proven efficiency. Rather, expectations were mainly based on guesswork, personal agenda, or feelings, and rarely were they communicated clearly, or even consistent. Employees level of involvement in the decision making process was either not at all, or farcical. In a couple instances, the office was given the option to vote on major issues, to have the majority vote overridden by leadership. Besides the demoralization, it seemed a waste of productive time.
