Very political in management. Not allowed to speak freely unless in agreement with senior leaders.
Just look at the senior leadership team if you want an answer on equality.
Attitude towards older colleagues
Long term employees are moved to less challenging positions or moved out of the organization. One exception is senior leadership.
Not much room to grow. Hand picked by senior management is the way to move up. Not based on merit or success.
Overall compensation for your work
Middle or less than middle of the industry.
Benefits are constantly more expensive and more is expected gor the employees to cover.
Not possible. Not flexible. Many hours expected. Tremendous travel.
A good safety culture in terms of employee safety. Poor record on operating safe.
Inclusive / Diverse
No diversity. In background or thought. Out of the box thinking not allowed.
