Upper management was very good,but the direct management was terrible, vindictive even.Instead of talking to employees their reaction to problems were of a punitive nature. As a temp(contract employee who very much wanted to stay,I never felt I was given a fair chance
Suggestions for improvement
- Communicate with employees about ways to improve and nurture them along instead of the punitive type action they seemed to favor.
