lack of coherent direction with senior leadership
evident at the mid level management, senior level is dysfunctional and self serving. senior leaders more interested in self promotion than the good of the organization
Suggestions for improvement
- there needs to be more attention paid to the employees, trust needs to be established between the senior leadership. Unfortunately I don't believe that is possible with the current administration, too much damage has been done. there is a lack of confidence with the leadership including at the board level.
