- Do not allow Territory Managers who have no instructional skills be in charge of new recruits.
What I like about the company
They make a total investment in new employees and try to set them up for success. The income potential is there.
What I dislike about the company
It is nearly impossible to stick with this company if you are the sole breadwinner and do not have a proven sales record. The time it takes to build sales does not guarantee regular income. You will burn your car up running the roads, burn your gas, meet new people, get no frequently and if you have a way to pay bills while you figure out how to sell, you have a great opportunity for a large income. If not, you've just sold all your friends and family inurance that you will not get residual income from when you leave the company. That's how they can afford to send you to Chicago to sales training free.
