No support. Supervisors don't take escalations from you. Leave you hanging with upset customers yelling at you.
Regular team meetings, but no one in the meeting stay positive.
Not a good way to keep updated with changing policies. Extensions always change, can't reach correct departments And when you do, they hang up on you avoiding the call.
Will take you 12 months to move anywhere
