Suggestions for improvement
- They could start by allowing their answering service to take the calls in the middle of the night instead of making the coordinators take the calls and then have them come into work the next morning. They could also start putting client information on computer programs instead of making the coordinators go through a mountain of papers which is time consuming and monotonous.
What I dislike about the company
They tell you what you want to hear to hire you and then will not follow through on their agreement. The work load is ridiculous and there is a constant state of confusion in the position of their scheduling coordinators.
